I was born in 1963 in Nicosia, Cyprus.
I completed my medical doctorate education at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. I became a Gynecology and Obstetrician in 1993.
After spending 6 months at Westminster Hospital (England, London), he returned to Istanbul and started working as a specialist in a private hospital.
In 2003, I founded my own center and focused my studies on infertility treatments and IVF.
In 2010, He finally received an IVF certificate with Prof Dr Semra Kahraman at Şişli Memorial Hospital IVF Unit.
He returned to Cyprus in 2012 and continued to work as IVF Director in Nicosia.

Mr. Ümit İNAK

Managing Director and Senior International Patients Coordinator

Ümit is our bilingual Patient Liaison and also our general “Mr Fix It”.
He is the main contact for patients while they are in Cyprus. His role includes guiding patients through every stage of their treatment.

Responsibilities

• Meeting patients on arrival
  
• Guiding them through each stage of treatment
  
• Providing educational information alongside the doctors
  
• Explaining procedures, medication, and continuing care requirements
• Sharing updates from the embryologist regarding egg quality, fertilisation rates, and embryo numbers

Ümit ensures that every patient receives the best possible service by completing patient rounds, documenting care, and providing full explanations of each treatment step and outcome.
He also collects feedback from patients regarding their care and communicates this information to the appropriate hospital departments.
Ümit grew up in Istanbul, Turkey before moving to North Cyprus for university in 1997.
He graduated from the Faculty of Communication & Media Studies, Public Relations & Advertising department in 2001.
In 2001, Ümit moved to New York after being head-hunted by a top advertising agency.
In 2005, he returned to North Cyprus, and in 2008 he became a member of our clinic.
Ümit is fluent in Turkish and English and helps patients throughout their time in Cyprus. His work ranges from airport transfers and medication deliveries to ensuring patients are comfortable during their stay.
You will meet Ümit along with Hakan at your appointments.

Administrative Affairs Manager

Hanze Inak completed her education at Eastern Mediterranean University, Department of Information Technologies.
She started her career in 2008 as an Embryology Assistant.

She later worked in several roles including:

Hanze Neara, who is fluent in English, manages patient-doctor relations efficiently and ensures a comfortable working environment for both patients and doctors with her solution-oriented approach.

Nahal Okhovat

International Patients Coordinator – Multilingual Support (French, English, Persian, Turkish)

As a dedicated Patient Coordinator, Nahal offers personalised and culturally sensitive support to patients during their IVF journey.
She is fluent in:

With over 5 years of experience in the IVF field and a Master’s degree from Eastern Mediterranean University (2016, Faculty of Business and Administration), she combines empathy, organisation, and cross-cultural communication to ensure every patient feels informed and supported.

Nahal supports patients from the very beginning by:

• Arranging their first free consultation
  
• Coordinating necessary tests
• Facilitating personalised protocols designed by the IVF specialist

She ensures every detail is clearly communicated, from understanding embryology reports to completing each stage of the IVF program until the embryo implantation is completed.

Seda Mahir

International Patients Coordinator

Seda Mahir is a pharmacist and one of our patient coordinators at our Cyprus-based fertility clinic.
She completed her Master of Pharmacy at the University of Bath, United Kingdom.
Seda has many years of experience working as a pharmacist in leading UK pharmacy chains:

She has experience providing consultations and services including:

• Treatment for minor ailments

Seda welcomes and assists patients during their hospital appointments and ensures they fully understand their treatment and medication.

Cansen INAK

Patients Coordinator

Cansen İnak studied Business Administration and started his career in 2007.
He has worked in the service industry for 16 years and teaches tennis in his free time.
He has been a member of our fertility clinic in Cyprus for 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Arranging accommodation

• Organising taxi transfers

He welcomes patients at the clinic and informs them about their treatment before they leave Cyprus.
Cansen was born in İstanbul in 1976.
He is married and has twins.
